Dampak Transformasi Digital Korporasi terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan di Sektor Finansial

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak transformasi digital terhadap kinerja keuangan, operasional, dan interaksi dengan pelanggan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang memengaruhi keberhasilannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan analisis konten dari berbagai sumber sekunder, seperti jurnal akademik, laporan industri, dan dokumen resmi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi biaya, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, perusahaan juga menghadapi tantangan, seperti keterbatasan keterampilan digital, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan biaya implementasi yang tinggi. Keterbatasan penelitian ini mencakup penggunaan data sekunder, yang mungkin tidak mewakili seluruh sektor finansial. Penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi strategi terbaik untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut dan mengeksplorasi perbandingan dampak transformasi digital di berbagai perusahaan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya investasi dalam pengembangan keterampilan digital dan infrastruktur teknologi untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif
